You may purchase online using your Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

For your safety, we will verify that the "shipping address" on the online order form matches the address on your credit card billing statement.

Your credit card will be "authorized" at the time you place your order, but will not be charged until your order is shipped.

Order Fulfillment:

Our website primarily contains in stock items, which are generally shipped the next business day. If an item is not in stock, we are usually able to ship within 10 days or sooner. If you require an item by a specific date, please contact us regarding availability and/or expedited shipping. Not all of our merchandise is shown on our website. If you do not see a particular item, please contact us. We may be able accommodate you from our store inventory, or special order the item.

Return Policy:

New Merchandise:

Within 15 days of receipt of merchandise, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise, please return it to us in its original condition (all tickets and labels should still be attached) for a prompt refund or exchange.

Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.

Worn or Defective Merchandise:

In the event that the merchandise you ordered does not perform or wear as anticipated, you may return it to us for evaluation.

All merchandise sold by Riley & McCormick Ltd. is warranted by the manufacturer to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. We reserve the right to return the merchandise to the manufacturer for expert inspection. Both Riley & McCormick Ltd.. and the manufacturer have the option to issue full credit, partial credit (prorated for wear) or, where applicable, repair the merchandise. Neither Riley & McCormick Ltd. or the manufacturer warrants merchandise that has been damaged due to customer neglect, abuse or misuse.

If the merchandise is deemed defective, the customer will be credited for return shipping.

All merchandise must be returned postage prepaid. No COD, or postage due packages will be accepted. You should insure your package.

All Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable (except as noted above).

Returning to a Store

If there is a Riley & McCormick Western Store near you, you may return your online purchase to the store for exchange or refund. You must take a printed copy of your order to the store along with your merchandise.

We reserve the right at our discretion to make changes to this policy at any time. Please check this page periodically for any changes.

International

Yes, We ship Internationally! We will gladly ship to most countries.

International shipping options are offered prior to checkout. Contact customer service for other possible shipping options. Please allow an extra 2 weeks for international orders.

The shipping rate for international orders depends on the weight of the items ordered, the number of necessary shipments, and the destination of the items. The price of the items is not a factor. Shipping will be calculated for you as part of the standard checkout procedure.

The consumer shall be responsible for any and all import duties, taxes or brokerage fees. Riley & McCormick is not responsible for these charges. Please contact your local customs department for more information.
